Every aspect of our worship ministry should have well thought out systems.  They should be based on the church's vision, prayed through, discussed and agreed upon with the pastor.  Systems keep the ministry organised, ensure that it runs smoothly, and will help accomplish more for the kingdom of God.  

Here are a few ideas of systems that will keep your worship ministry going:
